Dear Friends in Christ,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We thank the Lord for you and deeply appreciate your faithful prayers and financial support for the work in Mexico.

We Praise the Lord for the souls that have been saved in the churches. Mother’s Day was a big event in several churches with gifts for the mothers and banquets to celebrate their special day. The real blessing was in seeing 7 saved! There were also 25 saved in the García Church for Children’s day!

May 15th was graduation. We had the largest graduation in the history of the college with over 700 present! We graduated 26 from three levels of study, the third year graduate diploma, the Bachelor of Arts Degree and the Master of Arts Degree programs. Dr. Mark Crook, from LBU, was our guest speaker and handed out the first MA Degrees issued in Mexico through the INSTEP program. He also presented to a Mexican pastor, the first Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from LBU, to Pastor José Reyna of the Maranatha B. C. in Monterrey!

Dr. Crook preached a great message translated by Missionary/Evangelist David Abbot. During the invitation, several adults trusted Christ as their personal Savior! A dinner was served after the handing out of special awards and the diplomas.

Now we are getting things ready for the summer groups and youth camps that will be taking place. We are hoping for several young people to surrender to full time ministry.
