THE WORK GOES ON
Another month has passed and it seems we are moving closer to knowing what God wants us to do and where. We are continuing to help with the Manna Feeding Center in Tultepec. We are also involved in the ministries at Iglesia Bautista de la Capital while we are in language training. We are so grateful for the patience of the people who put up with our less than perfect Spanish and allow us to serve. With their help, and our formal classes, we are seeing a great improvement with our Spanish. One ministry we have recently gotten involved in is teaching classes for the youth on Saturday. These classes are designed to help with basic life skills and are an outreach to the community. James is teaching basic maintenance and Lori is teaching cooking with an emphasis on pastriesPraise the Lord! Two teenage girls accepted Christ the first week of these classes.
THE BURDEN CONTINUES TO GROW
The longer we are here, the greater our burden grows for the people. We speak with people often about the terrible living conditions of some and our heart longs for a way to reach these needy souls. We hear stories of their physical conditions and we know these are a reflection of their spiritual needs as well. Our prayer is that God will use us in such a way as to reach them with the Gospel in a real and tangible way that will result in many changed lives for His glory. There are several opportunities for ministry before us and we are seeking the mind of God to know which are His desires for our lives and ministry. We know that if we are faithful to follow the Lord the end results will benefit the people here as well as exalt the name of our Lord and Savior. We continue to covet your prayers on our behalf.
PRAYER REQUESTS!

5. Wisdom in planning our first church plant. We hope to start no later than Aug. or Sep.
MICHAEL’S CORNER
Michael is continuing to enjoy Mexico City. He is making more friends and getting more involved in the youth group. He has also taken on the responsibility of running the projector for the mid-week prayer service. He has also been called upon many times recently to use his talents with the camera to record special moments in ministry. We are grateful for the friends in the US who continue to communicate with Michael.
