February 2006
|

CN Tower in
Toronto the largest
structure in the world |
Can you believe it’s already
February? 2006 is speeding by just
as fast as 2005 did. We have had a
whirlwind January filled with lots and
lots of traveling. After 4000 miles of
driving, 2 flights, 3 hours of delays
and cancellations and a quick trip to
Toronto, we are finally at our home base
in Massachusetts for a few weeks before
going back on the road again. We have
successfully begun our deputation and
are continuing to schedule more churches
through the spring and summer.
We had a great time
visiting with Jarret and Jennifer
Hamilton a couple of weeks ago in
Toronto. We were able to go over some
details of the ministry of Affinity
Baptist Church and were able to
experience the ministry first hand.
There are some great things going on
there! Thousands of homes have been
canvassed and there are currently about
a dozen faithful attendees of the
church. Oshawa has so much potential; it
is a growing area with lots of new young
families and we hope to establish
relationships with many of them. The
first launch service will be on Easter
Sunday (April 16) and we hope to be able
to rent an elementary school for this
and future services. Please pray for
this process! |
Please continue to pray for us as we have more
traveling to do on deputation and more churches
to schedule. We want to move to Toronto in late
spring; please pray that our support level will
be sufficient in order to move.

Wow, have I been busy! I’ve become quite the
world
traveler; my flight count is up to 7 and still
counting! I turned 15 months recently and I love
to walk and get into everything! Please pray for
me; I don’t like being in the nursery while
‘meme’ and ‘da’ (mommy and daddy) are on
deputation, but I really want to like it. I got
to see all my relatives in the last month and
everyone just loves me, but I’m not really sure
who everyone is. I had a really great time
playing with Miss Kendall (Hamilton); there’s a
picture of us playing while we visited them.
Thanks so much for praying for us! We sure do
appreciate it!
