Thank you so much for your faithful prayers for us and the people we serve here in Kingston, Jamaica.  Without your prayers on our behalf, our lives here would be so much more difficult, if not impossible.  For example, we asked you last month to pray for a new missionary family coming to minister with us here; they have already left the field.  It was too difficult, the cultural adjustments too stressful.  It is discouraging to see those we had hoped would help relieve some of the load leave.  We understand how they feel, and are praising God that in spite of the difficulties, He has been faithful to help us stay committed to reaching the lost in this hard place.  We know this is also due to the prayers of God’s people on our behalf.  Thank YOU.

Please pray for the international work.  This work is ministering mostly to US Embassy personnel, who move every 2-3 years.  We are at a low point; all but 4 families have transferred out in the last few months.  It is a hard group to reach because the embassy security is very tight.  Please pray especially for those few Christians who are inside the embassy to be salt and light for the people that they work with.

Our Awana clubs in Trench Town are growing by leaps and bounds!  Unfortunately, the adults and teens committing to be leaders are not growing as they should be.  We have so many children that unless we have more volunteer leaders, we will have to start turning children away.  This is something we can hardly even bear to think about, Awana has been such a fruitful ministry as far as children accepting Christ.  Please pray that God will convict hearts about serving Him by serving the children in Trench Town.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
