We
have met so many people who have great needs;
physical, economical, and family situations. As we
go out sharing and praying with so many we realize
the only real answer we can give them is Jesus. We
can’t change a lot of their situations but we know
the One who can.
One
day we came across one such lady. She said she was
on her way home to kill her husband. Her
hopelessness and despair was overwhelming. After,
listening to the gospel and realizing her need for a
Savior, she prayed to receive Christ. She then gave
us the knife and continued on her way home…a new
creature in Christ. |
Personal Note
We have had a lot of medical issues since we arrived.
Please pray for us as we deal with on-going problems and
the new ones that seem to be popping up.
Justin will be interning this summer in San Diego. Pray
for him to be safe and a blessing to those out West.
Emily has been helping in the American and British
schools once a week for Bible club. Pray the Lord will
continue to use her in this ministry.
We are excited about the many opportunities we have to
serve and be used here. Pray for us to stay healthy and
strong.
The immigration
office has given us temporary residency. We expire in
July. Pray we will soon receive the next step… which is
one year.
