Dear Pastor and Friends:                                                                               April 9, 2008

It is our joy to report that six souls have been saved so far this year. One of the men that accepted the Lord is the young man pictured below, Darnell Duckett. He called me on a Monday night crying and said, “Bro. Bob, I got saved.” His father, Bro. Ruben, had called me earlier in the day and asked me to be praying because he was going over to talk to Darnell about his soul. Please pray for Darnell and his wife Jennifer, as he will be returning to Iraq soon for another tour of duty.

Our mission’s conference at Idabel is in a couple of weeks. They support about 21 missionaries. Most of them at $50.00 a month, one at $500.00 a month and the other at $300.00 a month. Pray with us that we can take on two new missionaries and raise the others from $50.00 to $75.00 a month (2 Corinthians 9:10).

Please continue to pray for Cala’s health. She is continuing to improve with the special diet and supplements but has a ways to go.

Cala and I really appreciate your faithfulness to our ministry both in prayers and financial support.
